What data does Basement collect?
Basement prioritizes the confidentiality of our users' information. We only collect the data we are given permission to use by our customers, based on the features they choose to implement such as email data for 'Basement Q for Email', or name and image from the users' Google account.

What does Basement do with my data?
We collect data in a secure manner. All data sent to the server is anonymized.
Any PII (Personal Information Indicator) stored by the user can only be accessed by the user or the organization’s owner and admins it belongs to. PIIs are kept to a bare minimum and only include name, email, and phone number, if possible. We do not share these details with anyone outside the user’s organization and we do not send any PIIs to any 3rd party service.
Emails that the user chooses to analyze are sent to the server and are saved in an anonymized fashion. A user can request to delete all the data that Basement holds in its servers. Deletion of any user data will take between 7-10 business days.
Basement Q's information use and transfer to any other app received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
