We only collect the data we are given permission to use by our customers, and only for the purpose intended by the customer. This may include specific data or meta data for 'Basement Q for Email', or name and photo from the users' Gmail / Google Workspace account.
All data that is sent to the server is anonymized. Any PII (Personal Information Indicator) that is stored by the customer can only be accessed by the customer's admin user. PIIs are also kept to a bare minimum and include name, email, and phone number. We do not share these details with anyone outside the customer’s organization and we do not send any PIIs to any 3rd party service.
Emails that the customer chooses to analyze are being sent to the server in an anonymized fashion. A customer can request to delete all the data that the company holds in its servers. Such deletion may take up to 7 business days.
