The Sentiment Breakdown widget in the My Performance Q page shows the distribution of sentiment you received from prospects vs. the sentiment you have conveyed in the message you sent them. It's ideal to keep the sentiment positive so the prospect may be more amenable to listen to what you have to offer, helping you move closer to the Selling Zone.

The Sentiment sent column on the left shows the conveyed sentiment on the messages that you sent to prospects. The Sentiment received column on the right shows your prospects' sentiment in their responses by percentage. Taking the image above for example, when the user sends messages with neutral sentiments, their clients respond with a negative sentiment 25% of the time, neutral sentiment 50% of the time, and with a positive sentiment 25% of the time.

To see a brief explanation of each percentage, hover your mouse cursor over the bars on the widget.

This widget is helpful to measure your communication skills when working to seal a deal. Receiving positive sentiments from prospects even when you convey neutral or negative sentiments is a critical skill.
