The Estimated tendencies feature on the My Performance Q page is based on your overall email communication. It measures your tendencies in three areas: Competence, Empathy, and Responsiveness. The green region on the meter represents the recommended range. Being in this region indicates that you can be perceived more favorably by your prospects.

Here are the three areas and what they mean:

  1. Competence

Based on the ratio of 'upper-hand' results across all of your messages with any given prospect. This goes hand-in-hand with the My Upper-Hand Ratio feature. Hence, if you have a good Upper-Hand ratio, your Competence will be in the recommended region.

  2. Empathy

Empathy allows you to walk a mile in your prospects' shoes and understand their pain points and motivations. Being too empathetic may sacrifice your advantage, while not showing enough empathy may come across as being indifferent.

The Next Move section in Q's analyses can be your guide if you need to show more empathy or tone it down in your reply.

  3. Responsiveness

Your average response time to your prospects. This may impact the way they perceive you. Responding too quickly may signal overenthusiasm, while responding too slowly may signal a lack of motivation.

You can take a closer look at your responsiveness through the My Response Time to Messages feature.

This feature can be helpful in determining the effectiveness of your emails. If you're not able to close deals with your prospects, you can look at this analytic and see which of the three areas you need to work on for better communication.
